KEY PRINCIPLES
Redefining Forgiveness:
“Forgiveness is taking into full account the extent of the harm done, AND choosing to wish the well-being of all the victims and perpetrators.” – Marjorie Suchocki
The Challenge of Understanding:
“Believe it or not, you have always – in EVERY SINGLE MOMENT — done the best that you could do in that moment… depending on the degree of love or fear you were experiencing at that time.” — Robin Casarjian
Releasing Resentment:
“Resentment is like drinking poison and then hoping it will kill your enemies.” – Nelson Mandela
